Additionally, you agree not to:
(h) Use the Service in connection with any chain letters, mass mailings, spam, or any duplicate or redundant messages;
(i) Use the Service to collect other people’s email addresses and other information without their consent; or
(j) Use the Service to create a false email address or otherwise attempt to mislead others as to the identity of the sender or the origin of the message.
5.4 Prohibited Items.
You may not buy or sell on or through our website:
(a) any item that may cause us to breach any relevant law, statute, ordinance or regulation; or

6. Licensed Use Rights You Grant to Us.

8.3 Handling transaction disputes.

14. Compensation.

19. Notice.

Our failure to act with respect to a particular breach by you or others does not constitute a withdrawal of our right to act with respect to any subsequent or similar breaches.
23. Litigation.
Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement or our services shall be filed in the People's Court and shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
